Our Story
About us
Apply Sprint was born out of a deeply personal struggle — not just mine, but one shared by thousands.
A year ago, I was working full-time, juggling a demanding job and the responsibilities of raising a beautiful 14-month-old daughter. Like so many others, I wanted to grow in my career — to apply for better opportunities, to move forward — but every evening felt like a battle between ambition and exhaustion. The thought of customizing resumes, writing cover letters, and filling out countless applications felt impossible after long days and sleepless nights.
That’s when I met him — a young man from Pakistan. He had double Masters, impeccable English, and a fire in his heart. But he was unemployed. Despite all his qualifications, he couldn’t find work. He said he just wanted to do something.
I gave him a chance. I showed him how I like my resume tailored, how I want roles filtered, how I would apply — if only I had the time. He ran with it. Within weeks, I was getting callbacks. In two months, I had two job offers. The quality of work he did was not only impressive — it was eye-opening. How many more like him were out there? Smart. Capable. Desperate for work, but forgotten by the system.
And then I read the statistic that shook me: Every year, more than 20,000 young men in Pakistan die by suicide because of unemployment.
It broke something inside me.
So I made a decision: This wasn’t going to be just a one-time thing. I posted a job on Rozee.pk — a popular Pakistani job portal — and within hours, over 400 people applied. Shockingly, 30% of them had Master’s degrees.
That’s when the Apply Sprint was born.
It’s not just a service. It’s a bridge. A connection between two worlds — one too busy to apply, and another crying out for the dignity of work.
You get your job applications done — customized, filtered, and sent — without lifting a finger. And on the other side of the world, someone feels proud, valued, and hopeful again.
This isn’t outsourcing. This is a human connection.
It’s a win-win.
And it’s just the beginning.
